Description
Self-adhering foam designed to distribute body weight to help prevent skin breakdown and pressure ulcers, and to prevent skin damage from splints, casts and prostheses. It can also be used as a padding for beds, chairs and operating room tables.

Directions
1. Open the package and remove foam pad. 2. Peel the paper liner from the pad, exposing the adhesive. 3. Position the pad over the body area (or device) to be convered with the adhesive side towards that area. 4. With the pad in the relaxed form, gently apply the pad to the desired area. 5. Gently smooth the pad from the center towards the edges to prevent tension.
