Description
Abreva is used to treat cold sores and fever blisters. It immediately soothes the discomfort and irritation of a cold sore. Then the medicine in Abreva goes deep in the skin to actually change the structure of the cell membranes that surround healthy skin cells. This stops the spread of the infection and helps it heal quickly.

Directions
Adults and children 12 years and over: Wash hands before and after applying cream.
Apply to affected area on face or lips at the first sign of cold sore/fever blister (tingle). Early treatment ensures the best results. Rub in gently but completely.
Use 5 times a day until healed, for a maximum of 10 days. Children under 12 years: ask a doctor.
