Description This medicine is a decongestant and expectorant combination used to relieve congestion and to treat productive coughs due to colds, flu, or hay fever. It may also be used for other conditions as determined by your doctor.
Directions FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS for using this medicine provided by your doctor or on the package. SWALLOW WHOLE. Do not crush or chew before swallowing. IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE SWALLOWING THE TABLET, check with your pharmacist. Some brands of this medicine may be broken in half and swallowed without crushing or chewing. TO HELP LOOSEN CONGESTION, drink a glass of water or other liquid with each dose of medicine unless directed otherwise by your doctor. STORE THIS MEDICINE at room temperature in a tightly-closed container, away from heat and light. IF YOU MISS A DOSE OF THIS MEDICINE and you are using it regularly, take it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not take 2 doses at once.
