Description
Plan B can be dispensed with a prescription written by a pharmacist certified in emergency contraception. Therefore, a prescription from a doctor is not necessary to order this product. However, we do require a medical profile and please read the following information; be sure to understand both the pros and cons of Emergency Contraceptive Pills. Plan B Can only be ordered and taken by Women Important •If you have had sex without birth control or your birth control method failed WITHIN the past 3 days, you can use Plan B to reduce your risk of pregnancy. •Consult your physician if you have had unprotected sex without birth control MORE than 5 days ago. How to use Plan B •Take the first tablet of Plan B as soon as possible. Take the second tablet 12 hours after taking the first tablet. OR •Take both tablets at the same time. •DO NOT take any extra Plan B or other Emergency Contraceptive Pills. Taking more pills will NOT increase the effectiveness of this medication. What to Expect •Some women who use Plan B may experience nausea, dizziness, vomiting, fatigue, and tenderness of breasts. These side effects are not serious and usually go away in 1-2 days. If you vomit within 1 hour of taking the pill, call your physician to reassess your risk of pregnancy. •You may get your period a few days early or late. Warning •Plan B and other emergency contraceptive pills are NOT 100% effective. •If your period does not start within 3 weeks after taking Plan B, see your physician or do a home pregnancy test. •Plan B provides NO PROTECTION against HIV infection (AIDS) and other sexually transmitted diseases. •Plan B is not recommended for routine use as a contraceptive Please note: Due to the shipping time involved, it is recommended that Plan B only be used in the future and not immediately.

Cautions
SIDE EFFECTS that may occur while taking this medicine include nausea, dizziness, headache, vomiting, breast tenderness, or irregular menstrual period or spotting. CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if you miss a menstrual period. CONTACT YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY if you experience a change in vision, sharp or crushing chest pain, coughing blood, sudden shortness of breath, sudden severe headache or leg pain, or numbness of an arm or leg. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist.
