Some medications are marketed under a different name in Canada. These brand or trade names are decided by the manufacturers. The medications will have the same active ingredients, but they may look slightly different in shape, colour or size.

Q. Is a prescription required to order prescription medications?
Yes. We require a valid U.S/Canadian prescription for all prescription medications. Some medications sold from Canada (such as Zyrtec) do not require a prescription.

Q. Do I need to send in my original prescription?
Once you have placed your order either by phone or online you are required to mail in your original prescription to us at: P.O. Box 88649, Surrey, British Columbia, V3W 0X1, Canada.

Q. Is there a limit on how much I can buy?
Yes, we can only fill a three month supply of any medication at one time. The medications dispensed to you are for personal use only. You may not purchase medications for resale or redistribution.

Q. Can I buy controlled substances from Canada?
No. We do not ship or sell any narcotics.

Q. Are all drugs available in Canada?
No. Not all medications are available or sold within Canada. We do have the majority of medications available to you at CanadaMedicineShop.com.

Q. I am an existing customer and refilling my prescription medication. Do I need to send you my prescription again?
No. We keep your prescription on file. You will be required to send us your new prescription if you are ordering a new medication or if your existing medication is expired or has run out of refills.

Q. How long will it take to get my order?
Prescription orders will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving your prescription(s). Once shipped, it will take approximately 10 business days for delivery. OTC orders are shipped within 2 business days. All prescription orders are shipped via Express mail (similar to USPS Priority Mail).

Your refills can be placed either online or over the phone.
